Our Experience

Clinical and quality:

Kat Swain has fifteen years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in NZ with more recent positions being in health & safety coordination and senior ARC clinical and quality management.

With a passion for professional development, Kats qualifications include a Diploma in General Nursing and Post Graduate Certificate and Diploma in Advanced Nursing with the University of Auckland.

Trained in Healthcare Auditing and Health and Safety Risk Management, Kat understands the complexities in the aged care and frontline business sectors. Kat has vast experience in healthcare compliance and staff occupational health and wellbeing and is well versed in MOH certification audits.

Kat has attended several courses crucial to her roles including nurse leadership mentoring, Dementia awareness, interRai assessor training, interRai management, difficult conversations, health safety & risk management, employment relations and business report writing.

Workplace Wellness

Tina Milne is our workplace wellbeing guru with thirty years’ experience as a registered nurse / manager and twelve years’ experience in workplace wellbeing, suicide awareness and advisory roles. As a professional counsellor, Tina has worked for government agencies and health boards in both NZ and Australia.

With a passion for the health and wellbeing of staff, Tina has also worked as a lead facilitator for psychological wellbeing workshops at a large government organisation. Tina’s most recent role was working in remote Australia as a Suicide Prevention Clinician/Manager.
