Clinical & Quality Compliance:
Based in Christchurch NZ, Managing Director Kat Swain has fifteen years’ experience as a senior Registered Nurse in NZ, with recent roles in senior aged care management.
Kat is well versed with the Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standards NZS 8134:2021 and can help your health and disability service navigate the new regulatory changes & challenges.
With expert project management experience, Kat thrives on quality improvement and has worked extensively within older persons health. She has partaken in exciting projects with regional DHB’s, external healthcare agencies, and has proven results in clinical & infection control policy writing.
Kat has also helped to build organisational governance frameworks, health care education packages and can provide expert endorsements in relation to her work.
Kat’s academic qualifications include:
A Diploma in general nursing & Post Graduate Certificate & Diploma in advanced nursing. Kat is a qualified Healthcare Auditor with a National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Coordination.
While keeping up to date with Ministry of Health Standards and ARC developments, kat is passionate about employee health & well-being and the care of our elderly population.
